Our tempting breakfast treats are prepared from scratch using the best locally sourced ingredients. Everything from brioche buns to baked beans are made in house, providing a great learning opportunity for our team of young apprentices. We aim to give them the best possible start in their careers by helping them gain both skills and confidence. That’s why we’re called The Early Bird – we’re going to help them catch the worm!
